Paul & Joe Lip lacquers 

I bought this Paul & Joe Lip Lacquer trio a while ago from ASOS. Paul & Joe has two types of lip glosses: lip gloss (with a wand brush) and lip lacquers (squeeze tube). The shades in this trio are:

04 Tenderness: beige peachy 

05 Riviera: peachy pink 

08 Bouquet: raspberry

They have a very good pigmentation for a lip gloss and  a ok coverage, you do need though to keep reapplying every 2h ( you still have some of the glossyness after this but not color). The texture is a bit sticky & they have a bit of a fruity scent but nothing to strong. And the packaging is very cute.

My opinion, i would probable not buy any more shades of this product, if i want a nice lipgloss i prefer NARS and if i want a really opaque color like a lipstick but in a lipgloss i find Illamasqua Intense lipgloss is the best for this, these are my absolute favorites!. Paul & Joe Brillo de labios

Este set de Paul & Joe lo compre hace ya un tiempo en ASOS. Paul & Joe tiene dos tipos de brillo de labios: lip gloss (con aplicador pincel) and lip lacquers (tubito que se apreta). Los colores en este trío son:

04 Tenderness: beige melocotón

05 Riviera : melocotón rosado

08 Bouquet: frambuesa

(Este es el orden de los swatches de izquierda a derecha)

Tienen una muy buena pigmentación para tratarse de brillos y cubren bastante bien, lo único que necesitas reaplicarlo cada 2h (después de este tiempo todavía queda brillo pero el color prácticamente desaparece). La textura es un poco pegajosa y tienen un olor como afrutado, pero casi imperceptible. El packaging es muy mono.

Mi opinión: probablemente no compre más colores de este producto, si quiero un brillo de labios bonito prefiero los de NARS, y si lo que realmente quiero es un color opaco como de pintalabios pero en brillo entonces Illamasqua Intense lipgloss es el mejor para esto, estos son mis absolutos favoritos!. I've first started with a base coat, then 3 coats of Orange-utan, top coat, then i've stamped the flower design m51 using Konad special nail polish in white, and to finish another top coat.

I got a few Pictures of the collection and swatches from the lipsticks & blushes. The collection is divided in two: betty (sheer & softer shades in pink & peach) and Veronica (bright & deeper colors like red & plum) i personally prefer Veronicas side of the collection. What do you think?

Tengo algunas fotos y swatches de la colección: de los pintalabios y coloretes. La colección esta dividida en 2: Betty (tonos pálidos y suaves en rosa y melocotón) y Veronica (colores más profundos y vibrantes como el rojo y ciruela). Yo personalmente prefiero la parte de la colección de Veronica. Que os parece a vosotras?

Real Techniques Stippling Brush

It's described in their website as: a dual-fiber brush, the trade secret for creating airbrushed, high-definition results with all types of makeup:

extended aluminum handle is light and easy to use

My opinion: I love this brush, it's the best brush I've ever used for liquid foundation, it was also the first time I was using a stippling brush, and I have to say it's super easy to use and the result is a velvety soft skin ( airbrushed like finish). The way I use it it's first one side of my face then the other half (otherwise I feel my foundation is starting to dry before I even start blending), first of all I "push" in product with my brush on the one side, then I'll start blending in circular motion movements. I find this brush is really good to apply cream blushes or highlighters too. This is definitely a must have brush, and the price is not that bad either is about €15. I bought mine in Boots but you can buy them from their website

Mi opinión: me encanta esta brocha, es la mejor brocha que he gastado para base liquida de maquillaje, era también la primera vez que gastaba una brocha punteada ( stippling brush), y tengo que decir que es super fàcil de usar y el resultado es una piel perfecta aterciopelada (como de aerografo). La forma en la que yo la uso: primero en una mitad de la cara y luego la otra ( si no la base de maquillaje se empieza a secar antes de que empieces a trabajarla). Primero de todo empieza dando golpecitos de b con la brocha en una parte de la cara, a continuación con movimientos circulares la vas trabajando hasta obtener la cobertura deseada. También puedes utilizar esta stippling brush para aplicar coloretes o iluminadores en crema. Para mi es definitivamente un must have, y el precio no está mal tampoco, cuesta sobre €15. Yo compré la mia en Boots pero también puedes comprar en su web

Perfect nude lip - Bobbi Brown Rich Lip Color: Bare Pink

Bobbi Brown Rich Lip Color in Bare Pink

This is the perfect neutral nudish peach pink . it's got a creamy texture and semi matte finish.  It makes my lips look full and soft. It has SPF12 but it's not drying. It lasts on me for about 4h. It's £18 for 3.8g. I usually wear it with Bobbi brown lip liner in Pale Pink, it makes it last longer, this is £15.

Bobbi Brown Rich Lip Color en Bare Pink

Este es el perfecto neutro color carne melocotón con un punto de rosa. Tiene una textura cremosa y un acabado semimate. Hace que mis labios se vean más llenos y suaves. Tiene un SPF12 pero no seca los labios. A mi me dura unas 4h. Vale £18 por 3.8g. Normalmente lo suelo llevar con el perfilador de Bobbi Brown Pale Pink, hace que dure más, este vale £15.

The brushes come packaged in a zipped travel case. The price it's £55 and I bought it from ASOS.

What I love about this set : the quality and design, what I hate: the size and the price ;) i know it's a travel set but still I don't know why I was expecting this brushes to be a bit bigger. I took a picture of them beside my real techniques stippling brush so you can get an idea of the real size. If I would have had the chance to check this out in a store before buying it online I probably would have not buy this.

Juego de brochas de viaje de NARS. El set incluye: brocha con extremo redondeado de pelo natural para mezclar pigmentos de colorete con un acabado suave (número 6), brocha para sombra de ojos con extremo redondeado para una aplicación suave y uniforme (núm. 12), una brocha grande de pelo natural para ojos para difuminar líneas marcadas (núm. 3) y otra brocha con borde plano de nailon japonés ideal para aplicar la sombra en la base de las pestañas con un línea suave y fina (núm. 3). Las brochas vienen guardadas en un estuche de viaje con cremallera. El precio es de £55 yo lo compré en ASOS.

Lo que me encanta de este set: la calidad y el diseño, lo que odio: el tamaño y el precio ;) ya se que se trata de un set de viaje, pero aún así no se porque esperaba que fuesen un poco más grandes. He puesto una foto con las brochas de viaje NARS al lado del stippling brush de Real Techniques para que os hagais una idea del tamaño real. Si hubiese tenido la oportunidad de ver este set de viaje en una tienda antes de pedirlo por internet no creo que lo hubiese comprado.

You can even use it as an nail art pen; simply seal with Illamasqua Top Coat - 1.8ml for £17

My opinion: It's a nude color with a really nice pink/purple shimmer, it's incredibly long lasting and waterproof, after all day on still really hard to take off even with make up remover! Haven't try it on my body or my nails, but I love it as an eyeliner! I normally wear it with a brown smokey eye or just on its with mascara- perfect to brighten u your eyes.

Precision Ink en Glister (color carne opalescente) se puede usar en el rostro, en el cuerpo o incluso en las uñas sellando el diseño después con una capa de brillo transparente. Es descrito por Illamasqua como una fórmula resistente al agua de larga duración con una punta fina para aplicarlo con precisión - 1.8ml por £17

Mi opinión: Es un color carne muy bonito con brillos en rosa/morado cuando le da la luz. Es increiblemente duradero y resistente al agua, después de tenerlo puesto todo el día, cuesta incluso quitarlo con el desmaquillador! No lo he probado en el cuerpo o uñas todavía, pero me encanta como deliniador! Normalmente lo llevo con un smokey eye marroncito o simplemente sólo con máscara de pestañas- perfecto para iluminar los ojos.
